Registration for the 2009 - 2010 Season

 

Please read this entire page before attending one of the registration sessions.

You can now pre-register for the Fall 2009 Season.

Go to www.eayso.org to pre-register your player.

Click on the "myeAYSO" tab at the top of the page to display your information.

Bring 2 copies of the paperwork to the registration, If you do not bring your pre-registration forms to the registration dates, turn them in and pay the fee, your child will not be registered  for the Fall 2008 Season.

If your child did not play AYSO soccer last season,

you must provide a birth certificate as proof of age

 

 

Cost $75 per child

Family Cap $250.00 for a family of four or more

U10            08/01/99 thru 07/31/01

U12            08/01/97 thru 07/31/99

U14            08/01/95 thru 07/31/97

U19            08/01/90 thru 07/31/93

 

 

Requesting a Refund

   
1.     Send an email to Jeneen Sweet :  sweetmom1@sbcglobal.net and request a refund.

 

2.     Include; the players name and date of birth, the parent's name and full address

 

3.     All refunds requests must be received by July 31, 2009

4.     Please do not submit more than one request.  Additional requests may cause a delay in receiving the refund.

5.    Please be patient, checks are sent out once a month.
