Concession Stand Coordinator
2 or 3 Volunteers needed
Duties Include:
Performing inventory once a week
Purchasing all necessary food items needed once weekly
Placing drink order once a week
Making yourself available to meet for beverage delivery
Opening and Closing concessions stand 4 nights a week
(Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 4:30pm to 9:00pm)
(Saturdays 7:00am to 4:30pm or later for special games)
Carry Petty cash to bank to get change once per week
Scheduling all teams to work in the concession's stand Thursday's thru Saturday's
Cleaning all utensils and appliances each day concession's is open
Managing volunteers who work the concessions stand
Working the concessions stand when there are no volunteers
